Hello, my name is Shelby Kay! I am a Milwaukee hairstylist & I’ve been in the industry for 7+ years. Im trained in ehp tape in & hand tied extensions, as well as Dreamcatchers I-tip extensions. Ive taken many Redken classes on Blonding, Balayage, & Color. I have a passion for everything color & Im always keeping up with the new trends!
